Direction of use
Add 1 Scoop of Titan Protein to 200 – 300ml of ice-cold water, milk, or beverage of your choice. Shake for approximately 5 seconds and drink. Use 1 serving of Titan Protein 60 – 90 minutes prior to exercise, followed by 1 – 2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise. For optimal results use 2 – 4 servings of Titan Protein daily. Absorbs most effectively after exercise.
